The Mandate
Reporting to the Chief People Officer and serving on the People & Culture leadership team, the Vice President, Total Rewards & People Operations will:

Architect and lead a competitive, equitable total rewards strategy across all levels of the organization

Oversee compensation, benefits, executive and equity programs aligned with the firm’s growth strategy

Build and optimize scalable HR operations and systems, including Ceridian Dayforce

Leverage people analytics to guide executive decisions and support long-term workforce planning

Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on service excellence and operational efficiency

Advise the CEO and executive team, and support Board-level decisions on executive compensation and governance

Modernized Total Rewards: Enhanced salary structures, bonus programs, and equity plans fully aligned with performance and market trends

Scalable People Operations: Streamlined and automated HR processes delivering exceptional employee experience and data integrity

Ideal Profile

15+ years of progressive HR experience with 10+ years in senior leadership roles

Deep expertise in total rewards, compensation planning, benefits strategy, and equity design

Experience in professional services, asset management, or fast-paced growth environments preferred

Strong business acumen and comfort advising senior executives and Board members

Proven success leading HRIS implementations and HR operations

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or Business; Master’s degree or HR certification an asset
