Egility was founded based on the premise that the executive search industry was in need of a change. It has been operating the same way for the last 60 years. One would be hard pressed to find a client or candidate that says that they have traditionally enjoyed the search experience. Most will say that it is “an expensive and long drawn out process that lacks sufficient transparency and communication”.
Having worked in some of the worlds largest and most prestigious executive search/talent advisory firms, our lessons learned were the springboard for furthering innovation. After all, with countless industries being reinvented through tech-led thinking and business acumen why not talent acquisition?
