About the Company

The Mandate
This newly vacant role, reporting to the leadership team, is a pivotal member of the executive group. The VP, Sales will drive overall sales strategy and execution, lead a team of nine sales professionals across Canada and the UK, and shape the client engagement model to expand market share and fuel long-term growth. You’ll build on a trusted legacy with national retail chains and independent retailers, while introducing forward-thinking processes and performance-driven strategy.
You’ll travel 50% of the time to industry events and client sites, and spend the remaining time at the Toronto HQ to collaborate across Marketing, Finance, Production, and Customer Service.

Develop and implement a KPI-driven sales strategy that captures wallet share from existing clients and attracts new business—without sacrificing margins.

10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in jewellery, luxury goods, watches, or high-end accessories.
