The Mandate
Reporting to the EVP, Residential, the Vice President, Residential will oversee a portfolio of 20,000 residential units across Ontario. This executive role carries the mandate to elevate operational performance, optimize profitability, and reinforce a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The VP will lead a diverse team of Directors, Regional Managers, and Property Managers, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering exceptional client and resident satisfaction.
This position has a clear succession path, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to step into broader divisional leadership in the future.

In your first year, you will:

Ideal Profile

15+ years in residential property management, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role.

Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-site residential portfolios and high-performing teams.

Expert in strategic planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and client relations.

Skilled in leveraging technology (e.g., Yardi, analytics tools) to drive efficiency and innovation.

Exceptional communicator with a collaborative, mentorship-focused leadership style.

Adept at navigating compliance frameworks, tenant relations, and vendor management.
