The Mandate
The Vice President, E-Commerce will own the strategy, execution, and performance of the company’s digital channels, leading a full transformation of its online experience. Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the executive team, this individual will develop a cohesive digital commerce strategy across B2B and D2C, drive platform and process upgrades, and lead the team responsible for site operations, content, digital marketing, and customer experience.
This is a transformative leadership role ideal for a seasoned digital commerce executive who thrives in data-rich, product-intensive environments and knows how to modernize legacy systems while delivering results.

Ideal Profile

10+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or digital transformation within B2B, retail, or wholesale distribution

Proven success leading large-scale digital growth or replatforming initiatives

Deep understanding of UX, PIM, ERP integrations, digital merchandising, and SEO/SEM

Strong track record of performance across both owned platforms and marketplaces

Experience managing cross-functional teams and agency/vendor partnerships

Data- and KPI-driven leader who can translate insight into action

Strategic thinker with operational discipline and a hands-on, agile leadership style

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced digital credentials an asset
