The Mandate
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:

Oversee recruitment operations across Canadian sites and a new U.S. factory from the ground up

Drive full-cycle recruitment for both blue- and white-collar roles

Partner strategically with hiring managers to build future-ready teams

Implement local employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice

Collaborate globally to share best practices and contribute to talent acquisition initiatives

Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience aligned with company values
What Success Looks Like (Year 1 Outcomes)

U.S. Facility Staffed: Recruited and onboarded high-quality talent to support the successful launch and operations of the new U.S. factory

Process Optimization: Streamlined full-cycle recruitment processes to deliver efficiency, compliance, and outstanding candidate experience

Strategic Partnership: Built strong advisory relationships with hiring managers, guiding workforce planning and talent strategies

Brand Visibility: Elevated local employer brand positioning through effective storytelling and market engagement

Global Collaboration: Contributed to global talent acquisition projects and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Ideal Profile

Extensive talent acquisition experience across Canada and the U.S., ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments

Strong understanding of Canadian and U.S. employment laws and hiring best practices

Proven success in building teams across multiple geographies and role levels

Passion for employer branding and building inclusive hiring practices

Excellent communicator and natural collaborator with strategic influence

Willingness to travel up to 25% to Charlotte, U.S.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; CHRP/CHRL/PHR/SHRM-CP designation is an asset
