The impact you will have:
Our Research Analysts are a key delivery resource for the firm. Their main focus is to effectively and efficiently support their project team in reaching the goal of a rich and deep shortlist that will lead to the expedient closure of any given project. A Research Analyst is responsible for identifying the list of executives for evaluation and consideration during a project. The Researcher, working with the Consultant, must create a target list of companies and executives to match the specifications for the assignment and continue to research relevant information throughout the course of the search. They will also help support Partner’s/Partners’ business development activities in the assemblage of relevant information.
On any given day, the Research Analyst will primarily be responsible for:

- Generating a go-to-market strategy, including industry, company, and candidate ideas, in co-operation with the Partner.
- Setting assessments against client requirements and competencies;
- Conducting thorough research to navigate key companies and build accurate, encompassing lists of candidates accurately reflecting client profile;
- Conducting phone interviews with candidates, checking fit with the role;
- Effectively presenting key research findings to other team members;
- Prepare, write and present progress reports to client;
- Balancing deadlines and deliverables for multiple searches at one time;
- Maintaining data quality and accuracy on the company’s internal database.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- University Degree – Data analytics, librarian science, and/or other research-intensive degrees are preferred.
- Over 5 years of research experience beyond academic experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) with proven ability to learn customized software/tools.
- Detail-oriented with a high standard of quality; Curious, persistent, and results-driven
- Investigative and curious personality.
- Hands-on mentality; high sense of urgency and knows how to work under pressure;
- Articulate, cogent verbal communication skills and strong written communication skills;
