About the Company:
Our client is a leading provider of security services in Canada with a Software as a Solution (SAS) platform ready for commercialization. The founders have grown the company providing services for the past 20 years to a multi-million dollar company, but require an experienced President who can take the company to new heights and launch a SAS platform.
Who are you:
The ideal candidate will have accumulated 15+ years of progressive experience leading a company through growth, preferably in a service, technology (SAS) or related environment. They will keenly understand the industry, economic climate, and the effects on relevant market share. They will have a track record of leading maximized sales and profitability. Those who have experience launching a business in the USA will be of value.

As the President, you will be at the forefront of our client’s growth and expansion. With a strong focus on sales, and operations, and maximizing profitability, you will be a key driver in shaping the strategy for long-term sustainability. This leadership role will have a tremendous impact on the organization’s financial success and will allow you to build a lasting legacy within the company and personal wealth as there exists an opportunity for equity ownership.
What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced executive with a track record of growing a small to medium business. Candidates with experience with a SAS company will be given priority as will those who have demonstrated an experience in launching a new business.
You must have the following experience to be considered:
- 15+ years of progressive leadership with full P&L responsibility above $100M+
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business growth/expansion strategies (Demonstrated experience in new business development, increasing sales, revenue, and EBITDA)
- Experience in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment is highly desired
- Experience launching a SAS business.
