Who you are:
The ideal candidate will have a consistent track record of excelling in business development among high-net-worth clients. They will be able to demonstrate their ability to find, attract, and retain High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. They will have worked previously in investment management or wealth management business development roles and will have a deep network of HNW and UHNW individuals as well as Family Offices. They will have a foundation in investments, financial planning, and other issues that UHNW clients face to allow a productive discussion with prospective clients. They will have an advanced designation, lending them credibility with potential clients and an understanding of the role of the trusted advisor.
The candidate will be keen to take on the new initiatives and will excel in an entrepreneurial environment. They must have a sense of ownership and pride in their performance and be a critical thinker. This will be an individual who can think quickly and pivot when required. They make smart decisions quickly and with confidence. The successful candidate must have good problem-solving skills, excellent time management, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and be a strong leader with an adaptable, innovative mindset.

You will be an important member of the leadership team and will participate in key decisions about strategic growth objectives.
It is expected that you will lead the firm’s efforts to grow assets under management and assist in the development of new investment products and services.
What are we looking for?
- 7+ years working at the senior level in sales in investment management, wealth management, asset management, or financial service environments.
- Proven track record of finding, attracting, and retaining High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients.
- A graduate degree related to the industry.
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment is preferred.
