Who you are:
As an operation leader with a proven track record, you have successfully supported large, multi-location organizations with facilities spanning North America and beyond. Your unique blend of hands-on leadership and administrative expertise sets you apart. Previous experience as an Operations leader in a retail environment with a focus on developing and implementing store programs, operations planning, and leadership development programs, will be essential to excel in this role. You are no stranger to managing key change management initiatives and have a knack for delivering engaging presentations and facilitating discussions at all organizational levels, including executives. Your expertise extends to developing and delivering operational training, community engagement, and skillfully analyzing results to create impactful action plans.
You will be someone who loves to travel and get excited about adventures in exotic and remote locations.

What are we looking for?
You must have the following experience to be considered:
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership and retail operations experience, with at least 3 – 4 years in a senior and strategic management position, ideally in a fast-paced, customer-driven, multi-unit business
- Sensitive to local cultures within a national and international context; and
- Able to travel as required.
- Hungry and Experienced with the implementation of technology and operational platform changes.
