The Mandate
Reporting to the President and serving on the Senior Management Team, you will:

Build a scalable People & Culture function aligned with aggressive growth plans

Lead talent acquisition, engagement, development, rewards, compliance, and H&S across three locations

Act as strategic partner and change leader—translating business objectives into actionable people strategies that drive performance and culture

Scalable Strategy: 3-year workforce plan and annual P&C budget in place

Culture & Engagement: Measurable lift in engagement scores; refreshed recognition programs

Ideal Profile

10+ years progressive HR experience, 3-5 years in a leadership role within growth-oriented, non-union environments

Proven expertise across talent acquisition, engagement, performance, comp, and compliance

CHRP (or equivalent) degree-qualified professional with sharp business acumen
