The impact you will have:
As the head of Human Resources for the company, your mandate will be to lead the HR function as a strategic partner and integral to the growth of the company.
You will be responsible for all facets of Human Resources and will lead significant change initiatives that impact organizational growth, strategy implementation, and cultural transformation.
You will strategically partner with business units and the senior leadership team to meet the company’s goals and will own the success of all areas of HR, including operations, talent acquisition, engagement, management, training and development, rewards, retention, and culture.
What are we looking for?
Candidates must have the following experience to be considered:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
- 4+ years leading an HR function.
- Experience with a manufacturing/industrial workforce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Industrial relations and a Professional certification CHRP or related equivalence required.
