The Mandate
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Human Resources will:

Build the HR function from the ground up

Unify company culture across a multigenerational leadership structure

Standardize HR policies, practices, and systems

Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement

Drive change management and leadership alignment

Champion corporate values and support strategic growth initiatives

Cultural Unification: Executed a strategy to foster a cohesive, values-aligned workforce

HR Infrastructure: Established fully operational HR systems compliant with all legal and regulatory standards

Ideal Profile

10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years at a senior leadership level

Proven success building or scaling HR in family-owned and/or manufacturing environments

Expertise across the full HR suite: talent acquisition, compensation, organizational development, and culture

Track record of leading change, fostering leadership growth, and aligning HR with strategic business goals

Comfortable navigating multigenerational ownership dynamics with diplomacy and urgency

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; CHRP/CHRO designation preferred
