The Mandate
Reporting directly to the CEO and working as a core member of the executive team, the Chief People Officer will:

Lead and evolve all aspects of People & Culture, from talent acquisition and performance enablement to total rewards and DE&I

Architect scalable organizational design and workforce planning frameworks

Champion employee engagement, operational excellence, and internal communication across HQ and retail

Build high-impact training and development programs for HQ and store teams

Drive global expansion strategy with a focus on compliance and employee experience across geographies

Leverage data to inform strategy, monitor key HR metrics, and guide executive decisions

Ideal Profile

15+ years of progressive HR leadership, including 5+ years in an executive capacity

Experience in high-growth, consumer-facing companies; retail background strongly preferred

Track record of leading teams across geographies with 500+ employees

Deep expertise in org design, talent strategy, engagement, internal comms, DE&I, and compliance

Confident advisor to executive leadership and strong partner to the CEO

Proactive, innovative thinker with strong business acumen and people-first values

Skilled in leveraging data and technology to streamline operations and elevate experience

CHRL designation and cross-border compliance knowledge (Canada/U.S.) preferred
