Build and lead the financial strategy for a high-growth cleantech innovator transforming industrial energy use.
About the Company
Our client is a private equity-backed Canadian cleantech company.
The Mandate
The incoming CFO will partner directly with the CEO, Board, and investors to build a scalable financial function that drives strategic decision-making and enables aggressive growth. This is a hands-on role for a commercially savvy finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment.
You’ll lead FP&A, budgeting, capital planning, and performance measurement. You’ll bring structure to monthly reporting, strengthen internal controls, and oversee a lean finance team. You’ll guide the company through U.S. expansion, cross-border structuring, and potential M&A.
This is a legacy-building opportunity to elevate finance from a tactical function to a key driver of business value.
