What Are We Looking For?
To be considered for this transformative role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experiences:
- 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience across FP&A, core accounting, treasury, and tax.
- 5+ years proven track record leading a finance team.
- Proven financial leadership in high-growth organizations.
- Relevant experience that includes working in an inventory-dependent, manufacturing, and/or distribution environment.
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree/certificate in accounting/finance, along with a successful CPA designation.
