Who you are:
You will have excelled within the construction services, manufacturing, fabrication, or similar industry at a senior executive level and have managed a P&L greater than $100M. You will need to be keen to take on the next growth/change mandate or be in a position to step up to the top role in a privately owned company. You will have been exposed to various functions throughout your career and can speak with inspiration and passion for the business. You will be a commercially oriented executive that understands operational improvement, cost accounting, and project performance.
You will be financially astute understating financial reporting and project management. You will have successfully led a team, division, or company through change and have clear examples of building “A” teams and inspiring them to achieve results without sacrificing culture.
You must be a decisive leader. You will be a leader who can think quickly and pivot when required. You need to make decisions sooner, faster, and with great conviction and are comfortable doing so even amid ambiguity, with incomplete information, and in unfamiliar domains.
As a result, you will have examples and experiences in which you have engaged the company for impact. Making those decisive decisions while at the same time communicating a clear course for the business by obtaining buy-in among the employees and other stakeholders. You will provide keen insight into your stakeholders’ priorities with an unrelenting focus on delivering business results.

What are we looking for?
Candidates must have the following experience to be considered:
- Strong knowledge and experience with establishing reporting metrics (KPIs, OKRs) for a parent company or sophisticated Board.
- 15+ years working at the executive level (President/CEO or similar senior role.
- 10+ years working in the construction, manufacturing, or related service industry.
- Experience in managing Profit and Loss (P&L) greater than $100M.
- Track record of delivering positive EBITDA results.
