Redefine the digital future of a $1B+ advisory business in a global professional services firm.
About the Company
Our client is the Canadian arm of one of the world’s leading professional services firms, operating across audit, tax, and advisory with over 10,000 professionals nationwide. Known for integrity, innovation, and impact, the firm is undergoing a bold digital transformation across all lines of service. With significant investments in cloud, AI, and automation—and strategic alliances with global technology leaders—it is redefining how advisory services are delivered in a digital-first world.
The Mandate
The inaugural Chief Digital Officer (CDO), Advisory will be responsible for developing and executing a digital transformation strategy across a 3,000-person, $1B+ Advisory practice. Reporting to the Canadian Managing Partner, Digital and Managing Partner, Advisory, the CDO will operate at the national leadership level and play a central role in shaping the next chapter of growth.
This role will require influence over authority, as there is no direct team at the outset. Instead, the CDO must partner across matrixed functions, service lines, and global stakeholders to implement enterprise platforms, enable digital adoption, and drive innovation from the ground up. This is a legacy-building opportunity to embed AI, automation, and platform innovation into core service delivery.
