Who you are:
You will be someone who can speak with inspiration and passion for the business and the role they play in the business. You will be capable of implementing new automated systems, tools, and processes and have direct or indirect experience related to system implementation. You must have implacable presentation skills, excellent attention to detail, a strong leader with an adaptable, innovative mindset, and a great team player. Most importantly, you will have exceptional interpersonal skills.
The impact you will have:
You will collaborate with the various business areas to document and integrate current processes with a focus on improving business systems. You will report to the Director of Business Process Optimization
What are we looking for?
- Bachelors or master’s degree in information systems, computer science, systems design engineering, or related field.
- PMP and CBAP designations are highly preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience with systems and process improvements including a minimum of 3 years in a Systems
Analyst role - Minimum 5 years managerial experience is a must including building consensus and influencing Senior management
- Hands-on experience with reporting tools.
