Lead a mission-driven, growth-stage food manufacturer redefining allergen-safe snacking across North America.
About the Company
Our client is a proudly Canadian manufacturer at the forefront of the better-for-you snack category. The company produces a range of nut-free, dairy-free, and allergen-sensitive baked goods sold across Canada and the U.S. From its 30,000 sq. ft. facility in Ontario, the company delivers nutritious, delicious snacks that meet the highest standards of safety, taste, and convenience — with no artificial flavours or colours. Backed by strong brand equity and an expanding retail presence, the company has ambitious plans to scale in sales over the next three years with US expansion.
The Mandate
The President will lead the organization through its next stage of growth, overseeing all aspects of strategy, operations, and execution. Reporting directly to the Board, this individual will drive sustainable top- and bottom-line performance while protecting the company’s core commitment to safety, quality, and innovation.
This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role requiring deep experience in food manufacturing, CPG, and team development.
