Shape the financial future of a high-growth food manufacturer redefining allergen-safe snacking in North America.
About the Company
Our client is a Canadian-owned, category-defining leader in allergen-conscious baked goods. Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Toronto Ontario, the company has scaled from a single-product startup to a multi-million dollar business with a growing footprint across North America. With a 30,000 sq. ft. dairy-, nut-, and peanut-free facility and an expanding product portfolio, the organization is on track to grow revenues to 10X+ over the next three years by delivering safe, nutritious, and great-tasting snacks to families across retail and foodservice channels.
The Mandate
This is a newly elevated and strategic finance leadership role reporting directly to the President. As the Chief Finance Officer you’ll do more than manage the numbers — you’ll build the infrastructure, systems, and insights that power decision-making and support aggressive growth. Leading all aspects of finance, IT, compliance, payroll, and office administration, you’ll be a cross-functional partner who translates financial data into business strategy.
This role is ideal for a hands-on finance leader who brings strong cost accounting, ERP, and FP&A experience from within a manufacturing or CPG environment. You’ll be expected to lead with vision, build structure from the ground up, and deliver clear value across the business.
