Its services are powered by a 115,000 sq. ft. warehouse and in-house logistics fleet. The Mandate
Reporting directly to the founding executive team, the Head of Operations will lead daily operations, optimize performance, and drive strategic growth from the company’s new Etobicoke headquarters. This role has full operational oversight of the warehouse and logistics network, including inventory, fulfillment, dispatch, and health and safety.
This is a pivotal role created to support scale and efficiency as the company enters its next growth phase. You’ll lead the transformation from paper-based to digital systems, champion process excellence, and deliver results through cross-functional collaboration and team leadership.
What Success Looks Like
In your first year, you will:

Transition core warehouse operations to digital systems, including WMS and wireless infrastructure.

Optimize warehouse layout, fulfillment, and logistics to increase efficiency and improve KPIs.

Build a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.

Strengthen alignment with sales and customer service teams to ensure superior client experience.

Deliver measurable performance improvements in safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and cost control.

Develop and implement a scalable strategy to support long-term business growth.
Ideal Profile

10+ years of operations leadership in distribution, 3PL, industrial, or manufacturing environments.

Experience leading large teams in high-growth, entrepreneurial settings.

Proven ability to digitize and modernize legacy systems (e.g., WMS implementation).

Strategic yet hands-on—comfortable leading the floor while developing high-level plans.

Skilled in change management, continuous improvement, and driving performance in fast-paced environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
