They will have a strong sense of commercial and residential acumen, and a high level of execution capability. A track record and good competencies for the role are a must, but the ideal candidate should have the right kind of commitment to time and cost. They will want to play a more important role in their customers’ lives, and to do that, they will need to take a consultative approach to sell and building a high-performing team that reflects this.

What are we looking for?
- 10+ years of progressive sales and marketing experience with at least 7 years in a senior management position.
- Entrepreneurial style marked by imagination and initiative with an evangelical sales orientation in new product/new market introduction along with a strong understanding of the entire sales cycle.
- Experience in managing Profit and Loss (P&L).
- Superior communication and negotiation skills with an ability to articulate a clear and compelling vision and lead others to implement it.
