Our client, a prominent North American leader in manufacturing wood-building products, is seeking a Sales Executive to lead and build their Sales and Marketing functions in Canada.

What are we looking for?
- 10+ years of progressive sales and marketing experience with at least 7 years in a senior management position.
- Entrepreneurial style marked by imagination and initiative with an evangelical sales orientation in new product/new market introduction along with a strong understanding of the entire sales cycle.
- Experience in managing Profit and Loss (P&L).
- Superior communication and negotiation skills with an ability to articulate a clear and compelling vision and lead others to implement it.
