What are we looking for?
Candidates must have the following experience to be considered:
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive industrial sales in the plastics, asphalt or specialty chemical industries.
- Leadership: 5+ years of experience in leading salespeople.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contractual agreements to secure optimal pricing terms.
- B2B Sales: Experience in a B2B environment with the conversion of commodity raw materials into a value-added product
- Tech-Savvy: skills including MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint. Strong knowledge and experience in sophisticated sales tools, processes, metrics, and CRM systems
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or other equivalent.
- Travel: 50% of travel across North America
