Our client, a world-class video game product distributor operating across 19 countries, is seeking a Vice President, People & Culture to lead its global HR function. This is an opportunity to drive strategic people leadership across multiple jurisdictions in a business where scale, speed, and innovation intersect.

The Mandate
Reporting to the CEO and serving as a key member of the executive leadership team, the Vice President, People & Culture will:

Lead global HR operations across North and South America

Act as a strategic advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy

Drive alignment of HR practices with business objectives and company culture

Mitigate employment-related risks while ensuring compliance across jurisdictions

Champion a high-performance, inclusive, and agile culture company-wide

Global Alignment: Fully integrated HR strategy aligned with business goals across all countries

Risk Management: Robust compliance framework in place, mitigating employment law risk across Canada, the U.S., and Latin America

Ideal Profile
-
15+ years of progressive HR leadership, including 7+ years at the senior executive level
-
Proven experience leading HR in multinational environments, including Latin America, the U.S., and Canada

Hands-on expertise in employment law, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and rewards

Skilled in building and leading high-performing, globally dispersed HR teams
-
Strategic thinker with the agility to operate tactically in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; CHRL designation preferred
-
Willingness to travel internationally as required
