Who you are:
This is a role for someone who is passionate about emerging technology, innovation, and fast-paced environments looking for a fresh challenge and an opportunity to make an impact. This will be someone who will not only execute in the trenches but also provide strategic leadership, from a market and product perspective to the leadership team. This opportunity is best suited for a self-starter, experienced B2B marketing leader that has demonstrated success with marketing tools in a modern marketing landscape at a small tech company or similar high-growth organization.
This person will have mastered channel marketing focused on top of the funnel user acquisition with a successful track record of creating a pipeline for sales. Someone who can get google analytics up and running on their own, be involved in the day-to-day marketing but at the same time have the maturity and calm management style to lead the marketing team and the strategic prowess to operate at a 40,000ft level. This person needs to be comfortable with OKR’s, KPI’s and ROI when looking at innovative approaches to marketing.
The impact you will have:
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the marketing globally. This will include building the growth marketing strategy, supporting the customer base, evolving the company’s brand, and building profitable marketing channels to fuel growth.
There’s a small content-focused high-impact team already in place. You’ll lead, coach, and grow them to ensure the successful execution of the marketing plan towards business objectives.
What are we looking for?
- 8+ years of marketing experience with increasing responsibility and a focus on demand generation and pipeline management.
- Prior marketing management experience in a successful, rapidly scaling B2B start-up environment.
- Experience with managing marketing budgets and setting priorities.
- Deep understanding and familiarity with content-based marketing to drive high intent leads from MQL to SQL
- Innovative, idea-driven, and a self-starter.
