The impact you will have:
Our Project Coordinator/Executive Assistants are driven administrative professionals who enjoy teaming with colleagues while striving to understand and anticipate needs to exceed expectations. On any given day, your key responsibilities may include:
- Project Support– Support the client engagement process, including acting as a liaison between the project team /client and candidates, arranging client/candidate interviews and fostering positive client/candidate relations to create trust and confidence.
- Document management – Use firm brand standards and database to create, and format letters, proposals, presentations, position descriptions, and other reports using various Microsoft tools.
- Meetings – Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings and independently manage multiple calendars.
- Teaming – Participate in meetings and learning opportunities; engage in team initiatives and projects; and provide short-term backup support for your colleagues.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Post-secondary education and/or relevant experience.
- Over 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant professional.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) with proven ability to learn customized software/tools.
- Excellent customer service and proven team player with strong written and oral communication skills.
