What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate for this position will possess at least 10+ years of progressive experience in leading sales and operations, preferably in the commercial CCTV/surveillance equipment distribution or related field. You should have a keen understanding of the industry, economic climate, and their effects on market share. A track record of driving maximized sales and profitability will be essential to thrive in this role.
You must have the following experience to be considered:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership within an electronics manufacturing or distribution environment
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business growth/expansion strategies (Demonstrated experience in new business development, increasing sales, revenue, and EBITDA)
- Success in building and maintaining solid relationships with suppliers, partners, customers
- Experience in an entrepreneurial, high-growth, or start-up environment is highly desired
- Candidates who speak Mandarin will be given priority
