The ideal candidate for this position will possess at least 15+ years of progressive experience in leading a construction business. You should have a keen understanding of the industry, economic climate, and their effects on market share. A track record of driving maximized sales and profitability will be essential to thrive in this role.
You must have the following experience to be considered:
- 15+ years of progressive leadership with full P&L responsibility above $500M+
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business growth/expansion strategies (Demonstrated experience in new business development, increasing sales, revenue, and EBITDA)
- Success in building and maintaining solid relationships with suppliers, partners, customers
