Who you are:
The ideal candidate will have a consistent and predictable track record in marketing among different client groups with a focus on brand strategy and digital marketing. They will be someone with strong marketing acumen, an innovator, and a forward thinker with a record of accomplishment and experience in leading change in an environment with significant recent and ongoing growth.
This is important as they will have leadership responsibilities and have the highest-ranking role in the marketing department at the Strategic Consulting Group. This candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot unique marketing and business-building opportunities.
The role requires a high-energy, results-oriented individual with a sense of urgency, a strong work ethic, and a team-focused, “hands-on” leadership approach. The role requires robust reporting, metrics, analysis, and insights to drive the firm forward. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of marketing analytics, calculating ROI, and other crucial measurements of programs/campaign success. It also requires an approach that is solution and support oriented; collaborative, transparent, and direct, and an ability to build strong respectful relationships and communicate effectively and persuasively with others.
The successful candidate must have good problem-solving skills, excellent time management, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and be a strong leader with an adaptable and innovative mindset.
The impact you will have:
Reporting directly to the Commerical leader, this newly created role has a simple mission: to develop and execute a strategic marketing plan in order to support the business’s strategic growth goals. This member of the management team is going to collaborate with other leaders to ensure that the strategy of the organization supports the firm’s strategic plan including the growth of clients over the next five years. Dion Strategic has established a solid brand. We are committed to further enhancing its brand positioning and thought leadership with innovative marketing and communication strategies and programs.
What are we looking for?
Candidates must have the following experience to be considered:
- Overall Experience: Demonstrated success with creating and implementing strategic marketing and communications plans.
- Marketing Plan: Demonstrated success with creating and implementing strategic marketing and communications plans. Knowledge of content marketing.
- Communication: Enthusiastic, creative, and results-oriented with a proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy: Expertise with marketing technologies and tools (e.g., automation tools; SEO; web platforms; analytics, and social media).
- Eye for detail: Skilled written communicator with an eye for detail.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other related degrees
