If you have been exposed to financing initiatives above everything else, you will be given priority. Candidates that are willing and capable of becoming a CFO within 2-3 years will also be given priority.
The impact you will have:
This newly created role will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer. You will be highly visible and play an integral role in developing the Company’s strategic plan and financial models for achieving growth. With a hands-on approach, you will provide sound business counsel on strategic financial initiatives, facilitate, and participate in discussions on important strategic and tactical business decisions, and help lead the organization in its annual budgeting process and reviewing monthly operational performance. You will provide leadership of a small team, be involved in stakeholder management, present to the board, and have the ability to balance multiple projects.

What are we looking for?
Candidates must have the following experience to be considered:
- 10+ years progressive accounting/finance experience across FP&A, core accounting, treasury, and tax.
- Experience with capital raising in a Private Equity invested company.
- Proven financial leadership within high-growth organizations and the ability to scale the function to meet business requirements. While maintaining strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Proven track record in driving profitability through operational excellence.
- Strong Comfort working with AP, AR, budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting.
- Candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree/certificate in accounting/finance along with successfully achieving their CPA/CA/CMA/CGA designation.
