Who you are:
As the head of Human Resources for the company, you have a mandate to build an HR function that is seen as a strategic partner and integral to the growth of the company.
You will be responsible for all facets of Human Resources and will lead significant change initiatives that impact organizational growth and strategy implementation.
You will strategically partner with business units and the senior leadership team to meet the Company’s goals and will own the success of all areas of HR, including operations, talent acquisition, engagement, management, training and development, rewards, retention, and culture.
You will be an experienced HR leader at a Senior Director or VP level. You will have been exposed during your career to a professional services workforce such as accounting, legal, engineering, etc. You will have led HR teams with success in a growing company environment. You will be a generalist HR Professional, but with compensation experience and performance management in a professional services environment, you will be more successful. The company defies pay bands and how to performance manage a workforce that consistently educates and improves themselves, and will provide you with a challenging opportunity.

What are we looking for?
- 10+ years of Human Resource (Director Level and above) experience with a focus on catalyzing/leading growth.
- Experience in a professional service environment.
- Experience with privately-owned companies (employee–owned) preferred.
- Generalist HR expertise and experience overseeing the full HR suite including Talent Acquisition, Management, Training, Organizational Development, HR Operations, Strategy, and HR Business Partnering. Deep compensation and performance management expertise will an asset.
- HR Leadership in a growing company.
