Who You Are:

What are we looking for?
- 10+ years of Human Resources (Director Level and above) experience with a focus on catalyzing/leading growth.
- Experience in a professional service environment.
- Experience with privately-owned companies (employee–owned) preferred.
- Generalist HR expertise and experience overseeing the full HR suite including Talent Acquisition, Management, Training, Organizational Development, HR Operations, Strategy, and HR Business Partnering. Deep compensation and performance management expertise will an asset.
