Who you are:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of direct B2B sales experience in the industrial packaging industry with a focus on packaging equipment. They must be able to work with various Microsoft Office applications along with bringing in proven working knowledge of ERPs. Further, the ideal candidate must have an aptitude for working with machinery, along with the ability to design their own processes for getting a specific job done.
They must be a strong communicator with exceptional relationship management skills, as well as a collaborative leader who understands how to successfully manage change and navigate multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate must have proven their ability as a successful leader with effective team building and project management capabilities as well. They will be excellent problem-solver who understands business financials and can analyze ROIs.
The Impact you will have:
The General Manager is responsible for the direct management of all equipment sales activities to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of customer orders and the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives. This includes adherence to legislative, safety, and organizational policies and procedures. The General Manager will provide leadership and direction to staff while promoting and fostering the company’s Core Values.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 7 years of direct B2B sales experience in the industrial packaging industry with a specific focus on packaging equipment.
- Proven leadership capability and successful track record in building teams.
- Previous experience working with ERPs.
- Strong understanding of business financials and ROI analysis.
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in business, engineering, or a related field.
