Who you are:
This is more than just a sales leader; this is an opportunity for someone who views growth as broad and holistic; to open up new paths to revenue and build the machinery to get there. They will be comfortable in owning everything that has to do with revenue and getting everyone to row in the same direction, from peers in the executive team to teams across the company.
The ideal candidate will be someone creditable to our client’s workforce. They will have either worked in a professional services environment, Management Consulting, Law, Engineering services, or similar environment. They will have been exposed to a growing organization of similar size ($100M – $200M). Individuals that have been exposed to a private company and or an employee-owned company will be given preference.
They will need to project confidence and steadiness to everyone in the company. They will demonstrate a growth mindset, be data-driven, communicate effectively, be committed to achieving outcomes, and understand how to balance both short- and long-term performance needs to create a sustainable organization. To make their plans a reality, they will use every tool they have – analytics, strategy, and the best talent they can find.
The ideal candidate will be visionary, evidence oriented, passionate about building teams, cool under pressure, nimble against change.

This is a pivotal role created to directly influence the future of the company. The core purpose of this role oversees and creates alignment between all business units that affect revenue generation to ensure effectiveness and maximize profitability to drive predictable growth.
What are we looking for?
- 10+ years of executive leadership (VP Level and above) experience with a focus on catalyzing/leading growth.
- Experience in a professional service environment.
- Track record of building profitable sales revenue.
- Experience in market expansion.
- Leadership of change in a growing company.
