Your Impact
Reporting to the Head of Sales, Marketing & Procurement with 5-6 direct reports and 20+ indirect, this role leads the Supply Chain team. The mandate is to enhance efficiency, adapt to new technologies, and strategically manage inventory, aligning procurement decisions with optimal service levels, inventory control, and cost management. Responsibilities include guiding decisions on Service Level, Inventory, Inbound freight, Logistics, and Cost Control. The position collaborates closely with Sales, Brand Development, and Operations teams, Suppliers, regulatory agencies, and freight forwarders to balance working capital with service levels.
What Are We Looking For?
To be considered for this impactful role, you must possess the following qualifications and experiences:
- Overall: 7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, and purchasing in a distribution, food, retail, or pharmaceutical environment.
- Leadership & Change Management: Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to guide teams through transformative change.
- Technical Skills: Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, and Microsoft Dynamic and forecasting and demand planning tools such as Infor Demand+ & Supply+.
- Negotiation: Exhibiting strong negotiation skills and in-depth expertise in category/inventory management, demonstrating analytical proficiency.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field.
