The impact you will have:
As the head of Human Resources for this company, you will embark on a mission to build an HR function that is not just a support unit but a strategic partner integral to the company’s growth. Your mandate includes taking charge of all facets of Human Resources, leading significant change initiatives to drive organizational growth, implementing effective strategies, and fostering cultural transformation.
Collaborating closely with business units and the senior leadership team, you will play a crucial role in achieving our client’s goals while taking ownership of all areas of HR, including operations, talent acquisition, engagement, management, training and development, rewards, retention, and culture.
What are we looking for?
Candidates must have the following experience to be considered:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
- 4+ years leading an HR function.
- Experience in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience in building an HR Function.
- Experience with a manufacturing/industrial workforce.
- A bachelor’s degree and the completion of a professional designation program (CHRP or equivalent).
