What we are looking for:
To be considered for this impactful role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experiences:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, showcasing your expertise in the field
- 4+ years of experience as a Generalist HR Leader, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex HR challenges
- Experience in an entrepreneurial growth environment, where you have thrived in a dynamic and evolving setting
- Experience in building and enhancing HR functions will be an asset, highlighting your strategic capabilities
- Prior experience in a retail or consumer distribution environment will be highly advantageous, showcasing your industry acumen
- Successful completion of the CHRP/CHRL designation underscores your commitment to excellence in Human Resources.
