Who you are:
As the head of Human Resources for the company, you have the mandate to build an HR function that is seen as a strategic partner and integral to the growth of the company. You will be responsible for all facets of Human Resources and will lead significant change initiatives that impact organizational growth and strategy implementation. You will strategically partner with business units and the senior leadership team to meet the Company’s goals and will own the success of all areas of HR, including operations, talent acquisition, engagement, management, training and development, rewards, retention, and culture.
You will be an experienced generalist HR leader. You will have been exposed during your career to an entrepreneurial environment and best practices in a non-unionized environment. You will align the company’s strategic vision with innovative talent management programs. You will provide both strategic and functional leadership while shaping the company’s evolving culture and driving the acquisition and development of the next generation of leadership.
Preference will be afforded to those who have been exposed to US operations, and M&A integrations, and have also been exposed to building award–winning cultures and teams.

What are we looking for?
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
- 4+ years leading an HR function.
- Experience in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience in building an HR Function.
- Experience with a manufacturing/industrial workforce.
- HR Leadership in a growing company.
