Who you are:
You will have excelled within the FP&A function in a B2C environment at a senior level and are keen to take on their next growth mandate and eager to be part of the company’s journey moving forward. You will have been exposed to various functions throughout your career (i.e., healthcare or multiunit businesses) and can speak with inspiration and passion for growing the business. You will be able to step in and become the trusted advisor to the Senior Management across a multitude of issues, not just FP&A, as the company expands and grows.
The ability to establish a strategic approach to financial management with a laser focus on developing strong business processes is paramount as the company continues to scale its infrastructure. Also, you will bring a track record of leading high-performing teams. You will help strategically build the company over the coming years through organic growth, acquisitions, and building the foundation of the company for the next growth phase.
You will bring a sense of ownership and pride in their performance as it relates to the impact on the company’s success while possessing the traits of critical thinking and intellectual curiosity. Also, you will have exceptional problem-solving, time-management, communication, and leadership skills with an adaptable and innovative mindset.
The impact you will have:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will serve as a critical executive partner for the leadership team as the company continues its rapid growth. You will be an important member of this team and will manage the Business Operations and FP&A functions while participating in key decisions pertaining to strategic financial initiatives and operational execution. You will also manage a team of 2 senior managers & 2 analysts to support 140+ locations.
What are we looking for?
Candidates must have the following experience to be considered:
- 10+ years within a finance function, ideally in an analytical capacity within a high growth, multi-unit consumer-focused environment achieving progressive leadership roles.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex financial information, providing clear interpretation to stakeholders to build their comfort, confidence, and financial acumen.
- Proven relationship builder, who can establish trusting and open relationships across a wide spectrum of business owners/partners.
- A leader who thrives on delivering best-in-class service and support and can work across a fast-growing company to get answers and address questions.
- CPA, and/or an advanced degree in finance/accounting is preferred.
- Energetic, forward-thinking, and creative, with high ethical standards.
