Who you are:
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience and have a passion for working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
The impact you will have:
Due to continued growth and long-term vision, the company is looking to bring in an accounting professional to become a part of the finance leadership team. This individual will lead the accounting activities within the organization while working closely with the CFO and other senior leadership team members to execute strategic growth plans. The Accounting Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of an Accounting Team consisting of 11 people, 4 of which the Accounting Manager will be managing. In addition, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for various financial reporting, establishing controls, and month-end and year-end related activities.
What are we looking for?
- 5-7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience in a similar role.
- Ability to provide superior customer service and be able to successfully communicate ideas to the internal leadership and finance team.
- Excellent ability to organize and time management in order to tackle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- CPA Designation or equivalent education.
